ECO-EXHIBITORS AND MERCHANTS FOR 2008!
_{^{ECO-Fair is a fairly new project and for its first year}}_^exhibitors_{^{will be accepted on a first come basis.}}_{^{Organic foods and presentations on health and wellness are welcome.}}_{^{Going Green projects-in-development of any kind are welcome for display and demonstration .}}_{^{Sales of Antiques and Thrift items are also welcome as they are a huge part of the eco-cycle.}}

ECO-Fair 2008

for participating exhibitors

_{^{Set up is 9:00AM and breakdown is no earlier than 4:45PM.}}

^{_{All items being sold or on display must be environmentally friendly in some way. This means items must be created to include in part or whole re-cycled, re-purposed, re-used, salvaged, organic, natural, energy-efficient or all otherwise eco-friendly materials.}}

_{^{^{_{Proper signage or other explaining how each item is environmentally friendly in part or whole is required. There is no limit on signage, but it must remain within the confines of your space.}}

Those wishing to hold a workshop and will be charging a fee must have a sign-in sheet for all participating individuals. There is a fee of 10% to hold a workshop. For those holding free workshops/presentations, there is no fee. There is no fee for holding kids workshops.

A venue Map and a list of all participating exhibitors will be available via email on the day before ECO-Fair.

Fees are due on the day of ECO-Fair, prior to set up, in order to receive your space assignments. Check, Money Order or Cash is accepted. Please see the front desk.

NOTE ABOUT PLASTIC BAGS

We have mandated a plastic bag free event.
There will be no use of plastic bags with exception of certain workshops. Merchants may use paper bags, cardboard boxes or any other readily reusable product for purchase take-away purposes.}}
